Singa Development Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1979 to undertake general construction work & related services.
Through its key developments locally and overseas, the company has developed specialist capabilities requiring the highest standards in civil engineering and building construction today.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Piling and Civil Engineering Pte Ltd.
We achieved ISO 9002 certification in September 1998 and upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 in September 2004. Currently, we are in the process of obtaining the OHSAS 18001:1999 certification.

Historical Milestones |

The company’s maiden project was a S$35 million contract in 1980 to construct a commercial complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
In 1989, the company achieved an important breakthrough as a joint venture partner in the Henry Boot Gammon-Singa JV which successfully completed a S$248 million track work contract for the SMRT.

In 1995, the company embarked on Design & Build construction services and has been successful in a number of such projects in the schools construction sector. This value-added service has helped anchor the company’s strong presence in the market place.

From 2001 onwards, the company secured a number of "Completion Contracts" projects. These are fast track projects which were successfully completed within the short contract period, if not earlier. Following are the "Completion Contracts" projects:-
